- Did you know that the feeling of gratitude and having moments where you are feeling really grateful is empowering? Incredibly empowering - in fact so empowering that it could change your whole life, change your whole perspective on things.

Let me prove it to you.

Close your eyes and try to remember the last time you felt really grateful for something.
Anything. Anything at all...
Okay, let me help you a bit...Remember that time, that brief second you ALMOST had that incident or accident but managed to brake JUST IN TIME to save yourself?
Can you remember that feeling of relief when you discovered that you were alright?? Did you feel grateful? Did you say Thank God! even?
I bet you did!

...or maybe it was that sunny day out in the garden when your little dog or cat that suddenly had an spontaneous urge to cross the street JUST as a big truck came at full speed down your street?
Do you remember how incredibly joyful you felt when you saw your pet alive and well on the other side seconds later?
Or the time your child was almost choking on that little black olive you offered it, but you managed to grap him/her by its feet and pat its back just enough to make your kid cough out the little black demon?

Ahh yes that really got your adrenaline going didn't it...and then, what did you feel?
How did you feel?
You couldn't help but loving your child just a little bit more could you...loving that little dog or cat a bit more then before and after you saved yourself, loving yourself a bit more too, ...well there you go, that's gratitude and the power of it. A real eye-opener I would call it.

So what you really want to do is keep reminding yourself to take this shorter moments to think and reflect and focusing your attention on things in your life that you are and feel very grateful for. Do that until reaching a warm flow of good feelings inside you - and after ten minutes in that state you will feel that everything is so great! You are ready to conquer anything!
(this is a big piece of the puzzle and one of the four pillars to entering the Turquoise State and we will slowly come to that to, don't worry about that right now)
